Glitz Wave (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established this shipping policy to ensure prompt and safe delivery of products ordered by customers. For all orders, We operate on the principle of shipping within 48 hours , and delivery-related details follow the standards below, so please refer to them before purchasing.

1. Order shipping criteria

1.1 Dispatch time
  • The company will process your order after it has been completed and your payment has been confirmed. We ship products within 48 hours on business days .
  • Business days are Monday through Friday. No shipping is performed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or Korean public holidays. Orders placed before or after a public holiday will be shipped from the first business day following the holiday.
  • For bulk or customized orders, additional production time may be required, which may extend shipping times. This will be notified to customers separately at the time of ordering.
1.2 Delivery confirmation
  • After the product is shipped, the company will notify the customer via email or text message registered by the customer. We'll send you a tracking number . Customers can use this number to track the delivery status in real time on the shipping company's system.
